Type: Full-Time

We are seeking candidates with vast experience in overseeing interior and civil construction projects. You will assist the senior production manager to guide teams, manage schedules, and ensure work quality while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all on-site activities for interior and civil projects.
• Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to achieve project objectives.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Manage project documentation and report progress to management.
• Resolve on-site issues and provide technical support as needed.
• Implement best practices to enhance productivity and safety.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff and new team members.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Freshers welcome
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and coordinate multiple projects.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certifications: Relevant safety and construction certifications are a plus.
• Personal Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
