As part of a high-performing team, you’ll deliver exceptional client service — providing advice on how technology enablement, digital transformation and enterprise intelligence contribute to performance improvement, as well as how IT can act as multiplying effect during major program transformations.

The Lead Developer will oversee the ServiceNow development team, focusing on delivering high-quality solutions within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) domain.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, with a strong emphasis on GRC modules.
  • Manage a team of developers, providing guidance and oversight to ensure best practices and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies within the development team.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide technical leadership in the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow features, with a focus on GRC capabilities and financial services regulations.

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is required; additional certifications in GRC are highly valued.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing development teams.
  • Familiarity with financial services regulations and compliance requirements in Malaysia.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
