The opportunity

The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, with a particular focus on GRC modules tailored to the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end ServiceNow GRC solutions for clients in the financial services sector.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business and regulatory requirements and translate these into technical solutions.
• Work with functional project team, providing direction and ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
• Define system specifications and oversee the implementation process.
• Evaluate new ServiceNow features and technologies, with a focus on enhancing GRC offerings.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices and methodologies for ServiceNow GRC implementations.
• Provide input and guidance to development team for the configuration of ServiceNow aligned to business requirements.
• Foster strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.

Requirements
