As the General Manager of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operational aspects of the company. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans that align with company goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity across all departments and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This is a critical leadership role that requires strong management skills, business acumen, and a proven track record of success in operations management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive operational excellence
• Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the company, including production, supply chain, logistics, and customer service
• Ensure optimal efficiency and productivity across all departments
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and customers
