Overview
You will manage and plan assigned projects, ensuring timely implementation, progression, and completion within the project timeline, in a cost‑effective and quality manner.
Responsibilities
- Assist in overall project development from design review, construction, and completion.
- Plan, implement, and execute projects to ensure successful completion within set timelines and in accordance with approved specifications and quality deliverables.
- Monitor submission status at various stages of the construction process.
- Manage schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and deliverable dates are clearly communicated, understood, and executed.
- Monitor construction work in accordance with approved specifications, quality, and schedule.
- Allocate resources to the project and proactively identify resource challenges.
- Prepare all construction reports and overall construction implementation program.
- Maintain all project correspondence and documentation.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Tertiary Diploma/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2–3 years of work experience in the related field.
- Computer literate: AutoCAD, PowerPoint, MS Project, Word, Excel, etc.
- Strong written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Team player, assertive, independent, and proactive.
- Candidates without relevant experience but with good interpersonal skills will also be considered.
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia (optional).
