Specialising in mission‑critical sectors such as data centers, life sciences, semiconductors, and high‑tech industrial facilities, the firm supports major multinational clients by ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
  • Planning: Create budgets, estimates, and contract documents.
  • Bidding: Manage the entire tender process from documentation to analysis.
  • Monitoring: Track project spending and communicate cost changes clearly.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve contract issues, variations, and disputes quickly.
  • Closing: Finalise accounts and ensure all claims are settled fairly.
Requirements
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, M&E Engineering or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently in office, on site, and visit clients for meetings.
  • Good analytic and negotiation skills.
