  • Prepare monthly progress claims.
  • Evaluate claims and quotations.
  • Prepare final measurement and accounts upon completion.
  • Call tender, evaluate tender, and prepare submissions.
  • Comply with legal and other requirements applicable to the organization.

Job description

Assisting Manager, Contracts on all matters pertaining to contracts.

Accountable for overall quality, environmental, safety and health performance of the project and organization.

Taking off quantities and site measurements.

Acquiring quotations from suppliers / contractors and assessment of quotations.

Verifying and preparing sub-contractor’s claim and payment certificates.

Assisting in material procurement and material schedule control.

Preparation of monthly progress claims.

Evaluation on the claims (work done & variations), quotation of subcontractors / main contract.

Preparation of final measurement & account upon the completion of the works.

Calling tender, evaluation of tender, preparation of tender submission & BQ, cost estimation and procurement support.

To comply with legal and other requirements applicable to the organization.

To prepare and maintain subcontractor’s Workmen Compensation, Insurance All Risk and Performance Bonds

To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

To implement the QESH management system and comply with legal and other requirements applicable to the organization / project.

To implement ESH operational controls documented in the HIRADC / Job Safety & Health Analysis and Environmental Aspects and Impacts Register.

To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH Management System.

To comply with legal and other requirement applicable to the organization and projects.

Undertake any other functions as directed by the management from time to time.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
