Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in building, industrial and commercial & retail projects.
• Experience in Interior Design and semiconductor projects is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively at all levels.

• Prepare project bills of quantity, costing and quotation/tender documents.
• Monitor project work to ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors, ensuring compliance and performance.
