Responsibilities

• Assist Manager, Contracts on all matters pertaining to contracts.
• Accountable for quality, environmental, safety, and health performance.
• Take off quantities and site measurements.
• Acquire and assess quotations from suppliers/contractors.
• Verify and prepare sub-contractor claims and payment certificates.
• Assist in material procurement and schedule control.
• Prepare monthly progress claims.
• Evaluate claims and quotations.
• Prepare final measurement and accounts upon completion.
• Call tender, evaluate tender, and prepare submissions.
• Comply with legal and other requirements applicable to the organization.
