Responsible to understand the incoming / in process and outgoing process of product and identify all the problems / findings to ensure meeting the quality requirements.

To perform and handle laboratory testing like FMVSS302 test, peeling strength test and other standard testing required by customer.

To report quality problems or findings to superior.

Involve in ISO9001 and IATF16949 documentation preparation and filling.

To ensure working place well organized, 5S applied.

Other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

• Understand and monitor product flow (incoming, in-process, outgoing) to identify quality issues and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Conduct laboratory testing as required (e.g., FMVSS302, peeling strength, and other customer-specified tests).
• Report quality problems or findings to the supervisor.
• Assist with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 documentation preparation and filing.
• Maintain a well-organized workstation with 5S principles.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
