Job description

Join SLB as an Assembler Apprentice in Malaysia to complete a comprehensive OneSubsea Apprentices Program focused on assembly and technical skills development.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Complete the 1-year OneSubsea Apprentices Program according to program guidelines
• Complete On Job Training modules including assembly of Tree Kits (10K & 15K), final assembly and snagging, assembly of valves or Tubing Hanger, and simple pressure testing
• Complete On Job Training competency assessments and classroom training modules
• Deliver quarterly presentations to update progress of learning
• Complete 4 Continuous Improvement (CI) projects approved and implemented during the first 2 years of the apprenticeship
• Support departmental objectives and KPIs set by management
• Meet expectations in SLP-3
• Comply with company values, policies, and HSSE safety requirements
• Maintain good housekeeping at the workplace
