Quality Analyst - Insurance Domain (Cantonese Speaker)

We are looking for a meticulous and process-driven Transaction Quality Analyst with experience in the insurance domain to monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality of transactions across operational teams.

The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with process standards, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular audits of insurance process transactions (e.g., claims processing, policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, etc.).
  • Evaluate accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify process gaps, errors, and training needs through root cause analysis.
  • Provide actionable feedback to operations teams and support coaching initiatives.
  • Maintain and update quality scorecards, dashboards, and audit reports.
  • Collaborate with process owners and training teams to improve SOPs and quality frameworks.
  • Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency in quality assessments.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Insurance, Business, or related fields).
  • 2-5 years of experience in transaction quality or process audit roles, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of insurance processes (Life, Health, P&C, or Reinsurance).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and quality monitoring tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in Quality (e.g., Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt, Lean).
  • Familiarity with quality frameworks like Six Sigma, COPC, or ISO (preferred).
  • Experience with workflow tools like BPM, CRM, or insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek).
  • Exposure to global insurance standards and regulatory compliance.
