A Professional Certificate in Arts / Graphic Design, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in design, art, marketing or a related field is preferred.

At least 1 year of working experience in a design role.

Knowledge of key design concepts and techniques to create attractive artwork.

Experience in design, with a portfolio of web and print-based designs, social media post images, and marketing collateral is preferred.

Experience with software and applications related to design and video creation, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, is necessary.

Ability to adhere to deadlines. Self-motivated, creative thinker, able to work independently under a hybrid-working arrangement.

Photography skills are an added advantage.

Proficiency in speaking and writing Mandarin is highly preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Design a variety of artworks as requested by the Sales Team and customers.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team on concepts, themes, and content.
• Plan concepts by evaluating relevant information and materials.
• Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangements, sizes, styles, and submitting for approval.
• Prepare finished artwork using necessary equipment and software.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
• Communicate with clients about artwork and design.
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements.
• Responsible for conceptualizing and developing artwork, visuals, and corporate collaterals.
• Deliver high-quality, maintain quality checks, and meet all deadlines.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects.
• Skills in video editing and motion graphics are an advantage.
• Assist with any other ad hoc matters as required by the HOD.
• We seek a Senior Graphic Designer who can contribute creative ideas, work independently and collaboratively.

Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients is highly preferred.
