Ansell is looking for a Senior Analyst, Pricing & Contract to join our team in Malaysia, Sri Lanka, India!

In this position, you will play a vital role in optimizing pricing strategies through data-driven insights within the APAC region. This role requires working closely with various teams to gather and analyze data, identify pricing trends, and make recommendations to enhance profitability and competitiveness in the region.

What will your role be?

  • Translate complex data into actionable strategies and techniques to support sales and profitability, maximizing the impact of commercial initiatives.
  • Increase pricing impact by efficiently monitoring price renewal exercises, e.g., creating tracking tools for price increases/decreases, measuring win/loss rates, tracking prices against target prices.
  • Use statistical models to forecast the potential impact of various pricing strategies, including their impact on profitability and sales volumes.
  • Work with the Sales Enablement & Commercial Analytics team to create and improve pricing tools, systems, and processes focusing on continuous improvement and maximizing sales efficiency and pricing excellence.
  • Screen data sources to improve data quality, liaise with relevant internal stakeholders to implement governance and process corrective actions where needed to ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain and optimize floor and target prices.
  • Prepare reports and visual presentations to share findings.
  • Run pricing impact simulations and provide guidance on price revisions. Forecast the impact of pricing decisions and commercial rebates revisions.
  • Design supported vs. unsupported pricing dashboards, issue end-user sales reports including customer profitability metrics.

What will you bring to Ansell?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a B2B multinational manufacturing company.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (Excel at an expert level, Power BI, Python, SQL, Qlik).
  • Good knowledge of ERP & CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills, able to manage large datasets.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of pricing strategies and methodologies.
