About the Accelerator Program:

The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a short-term, immersive opportunity for early career talent—specifically current university students and recent graduates. It combines on-the-job experience with mentorship, networking, and exposure to the Web3 and blockchain space.

  • Current students
  • Recent graduates (typically within the last 12 months)
  • Source and write employee stories reflecting Binance’s culture and values.
  • Create content for various platforms: LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Binance Blog, and internal communication tools.
  • Support employer branding campaigns to drive engagement and celebrate employee stories.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to share authentic voices from within Binance.
  • Help curate and schedule content across multiple internal and external channels.
  • Excellent writing skills with a passion for storytelling and communications.
  • Interest in employer branding, culture, and people-focused storytelling.
  • Curious, proactive, and confident in reaching out to others for story sourcing.
