Position Overview:

As a QA Lead at REMITAP, you will be responsible for leading the QA team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement testing strategies, manage testing activities, and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA team in developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies and plans.
• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance, including establishing metrics, applying best practices, and developing new tools and processes.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define quality requirements and ensure they are met.
• Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in coding and testing.
• Implement test automation strategies to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Manage and mentor QA team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
• Conduct performance and security testing to ensure system reliability and security.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into the QA process.
• Prepare and present regular reports on QA activities, progress, and results.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to quality and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
• Strong experience with manual and automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, APPIUM, or similar.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and quality assurance best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong focus on scalability, performance, and test-driven development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the fin-tech industry.
