About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QAQC Engineer to join our team for large-scale Data Centre projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that construction works comply with project specifications, standards, and quality requirements. This role requires strong technical knowledge, hands‑on inspection experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the project’s Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) systems in accordance with company procedures and project specifications.
• Conduct inspections and tests on construction works, materials, and equipment to ensure compliance with design, standards, and specifications.
• Review and approve submittals, method statements, and material test reports.
• Monitor and document non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and QA/QC documentation.
• Coordinate with design, project, and construction teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
• Support audits and site inspections by clients or third parties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in Data Centre, Industrial, or M&E projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, construction codes, and QA/QC procedures.
• Proficient in quality management systems, documentation, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently on site and manage multiple tasks effectively.
