A global manufacturing company is hiring a QA Engineer (CQE) to support customer quality requirements, audit compliance, and product improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for QA professionals experienced in handling customer complaints, implementing corrective actions, and managing quality documentation in a fast-paced production environment.

Core Responsibilities
  • Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and issue 8D or corrective action reports
  • Monitor and analyze production quality issues and drive resolution
  • Conduct internal quality audits to ensure ISO / IATF compliance
  • Apply SPC, histogram, cause & effect, and other statistical tools for problem-solving
  • Coordinate quality documents: control plans, FMEA, inspection checklists
  • Work with engineering and production teams to reduce defect rates and improve process capability
  • Support customer visits, audits, and monthly quality reporting
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quality, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in QA within manufacturing or relevant industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills using 7QC tools, 8D, SPC
  • Familiar with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / quality system audits (added advantage)
  • Able to handle quality issues under pressure and coordinate cross-department actions
