QA & Release Engineer (Business-Critical Systems)

We are looking for a QA & Release Engineer to own quality assurance, release readiness, and production stability across our Sales, Marketing, CRM, and HRMS systems.

This role serves as the final quality gate between development and production, ensuring every release is accurate, compliant, and safe for business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain automated & manual testing integrated with CI/CD.
• Act as release gatekeeper — no production release without QA sign-off.
• Validate end-to-end workflows (campaigns, CRM flows, payroll, attendance, approvals).
• Ensure data integrity, calculation accuracy, and compliance before release.
• Identify defects early and prevent post-release incidents.
• Produce clear QA reports and go / no-go release recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Ops teams.

Requirements

• Experience in QA / Testing / Release Engineering for complex systems.
• Strong in regression, integration, and automation testing.
• Experience with HRMS, Payroll, CRM, ERP, or SaaS systems is a strong advantage.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and confident to block releases when needed.
