Overview

Accountable for the quality of every activity and for overall engineering construction quality across Civil, Architecture, and Structural disciplines, interfacing with multidisciplinary processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage QA/QC documents for the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non‑compliance reports, site instructions/observations, delivery of permanent materials, and other important QA/QC documentation.
• Develop and determine standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures; oversee testing methods and maintain high-quality standards for all processes.
• Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with project specifications and quality requirements, and collaborate with the department on material procurement and quality materials.
• Supervise the implementation of all test and inspection schedules; ensure adherence to procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
• Assist employees to ensure knowledge of quality standards; ensure compliance with quality manuals and procedures; collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.
• Manage lifting of all types of equipment, ensure proper storage of hazardous materials, and perform quality audits per the required schedule.
• Monitor and document project activities, and analyze processes to ensure all work meets quality requirements.
• Manage all work methods, maintain knowledge of quality assurance standards, monitor continuous application of QA processes, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Develop a method statement for activities including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis, plus an Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on project specifications.
• Liaise with the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to the Consultant.
• Coordinate with the Consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspections.
• Report to the QA/QC Manager; control and monitor all activities related to QA/QC.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of working experience in QA/QC Supervisor / Engineer.
• Required languages: English. Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
