• Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from inception to handover.
• Lead construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Develop and enforce quality assurance and control procedures for construction activities.
• Conduct site inspections, tests, and audits to ensure work meets design specifications and standards.
• Identify defects or non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed QA/QC documentation, reports, and records.
• Collaborate with project teams to uphold safety and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and health & safety requirements.
