A leading technology firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a SVP - Domain Lead for Core Banking. This role requires over 9 years of experience in Banking/IT, strong leadership skills, and extensive knowledge of Core Banking systems. The ideal candidate will lead a team of over 100 members, ensuring compliance and driving effective vendor management. This position promises professional growth in a dynamic environment.

- Strong grasp of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

- Bachelor’s in IT or related discipline (professional certifications an advantage).
- 9+ years’ experience in Banking/IT with strong Core Banking domain knowledge (applications, architecture, databases).
- Proven leadership in managing departments/functional units.
- Strong grasp of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Silverlake suite or AS400 (preferred).
- Skilled in planning, tracking, and supporting delivery teams.
- Able to perform under pressure, adapt to change, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process design skills.
- Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Open-minded, eager to learn beyond domain for holistic knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
