MEP Contract Executive — Tender & Contract Administration

Job summary

A leading construction firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Contract Executive (MEP) to support their Contract Department. Responsibilities include preparing tender documents, evaluating supplier quotes, and managing project costs. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering and at least 2-3 years of relevant experience. Strong MEP knowledge and communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Contract or QS role, preferably in construction or MEP related projects.
• Basic knowledge of MEP systems (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, etc) is required.
• Able to understand tender drawings, specifications and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing tender documents, cost estimation, and bill of quantities for MEP works.
• Evaluate and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support in contract administration including issuance of Letter of Award, Work Orders, Variation Orders.
