Job summary
A leading company in mobility solutions located in Malaysia is seeking an individual to manage logistics and deliveries. The role includes confirming packing lists, liaising with transporters, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience, be computer literate, and proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English. A commitment to safety and health standards is essential, along with the ability to perform physical tasks and maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the related field.
- Able to work independently.
- Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting materials up to 50lbs.
Responsibilities
- Confirm packing lists.
- Liaise with transporter for delivery loading.
- Ensure timely deliveries and accuracy in quantity.
- Training for subordinates on job tasks.
- Perform internal stock checks and maintain vehicle safety.

- Confirmation of packing list.
- Liaise with transporter for the loading of daily deliveries.
- Liaise with Production / Supply to ensure adequacy parts for delivery.
- Provide on job training to all subordinates.
- To ensure all deliveries are delivered on time.
- To ensure that quantity and part are correctly delivered.
- Confirmation of goods receipt quantity.
- Semi-part / raw material / standard part / packing material receiving and issuing.
- To ensure in / out stock update to system accordingly.
- To ensure stock issue out follow to production order quantity.
- Close monitoring stock status.
- To perform internal stock check.
- To prepare shipment label.
- To perform stock count activity
- To ensure all units of store vehicles maintenance in good condition, such as forklift, VNA & reach truck. Record all daily check vehicle maintenance.
- To ensure loading correct part & layout into container as per container layoput prepared .
- To perform the duties of subordinates in their absent.
- Auditee for Warehouse during Internal Quality Audit.
- To perform other responsibilities deem necessary by management.
- Adherence to the ISO 13485:2016 requirements is effectively carried out.
- Ensure that the implementation of the ISO14001 & ISO45001 requirements are effectively carried out.
- To promote and develop a high level of Health, Safety & Environmental awareness and commitment.
- Ensure the EHS requirements of the workplace are met.
- Adhere to safety and health rules and safe systems of work.
- Wearing Personal Protective Equipment.
- Minimum SPM & above. MUST know to read & write Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
- Must be computer literate & able to work independently.
- Able to perform duty for 8 hours or 12 hours rotating 2 or 3 shift.
- Able to work in standing position during shift operation & carry materials up to 50lbs.
- Physically fit to work according to company health check.
