Overview

We are seeking an experienced UAT Tester to join our dynamic team at Verinon Technology Solutions Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. As a UAT Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through thorough user acceptance testing. This is a contract position, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the success of our growing company.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate software functionality, usability, and compliance with requirements
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to identify and document defects, providing detailed feedback to the development team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software
• Maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports
• Continuously improve testing processes and strategies to enhance the overall quality of our products

What we\'re looking for

• Minimum 3-10 years of experience as a UAT Tester in the Banking or Digital Banking Domain.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and tools
• Proficient in writing clear and comprehensive test cases, test scripts, and defect reports
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex software issues
• Familiarity with Agile software development practices and experience in working in an Agile environment
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
