Job summary
A restaurant services company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Onboarding Success Manager to facilitate restaurant client onboarding into their platform. The ideal candidate will manage onboarding projects and ensure setups meet client needs and operational preferences. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and have experience in fast-paced startups and project management roles. This position offers the chance to significantly impact client satisfaction while leading onboarding processes effectively.
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in a fast-paced, high-performance startup.
- Extensive experience in project management or client-facing roles.
- Enjoys working closely with clients and over-communicates with teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding of new and reactivated restaurants.
- Conduct client interviews to capture operational details.
- Project-manage the end-to-end onboarding workflow.
- Perform final QA checks before restaurants go live.
- Act as a point of escalation for setup or support issues.
