Responsibilities

• Conducts cost analysis and feasibility studies for work methods improvement.
• Analyzes manufacturing systems and recommends action plans.
• Prepares yearly headcount budget and provides monthly reports.
• Ensures implementation of new Information System in the plant.
• Monitors project status and evaluates contractor services.
