1. Establish and drive cross-functional relationships strategies to foster collaboration, connection, and a sense of belonging among employees.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships across departments and levels to create a dynamic and cohesive work environment aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and values.
3. Act as a strategic advocate between employees and senior leadership to ensure seamless, timely, and effective communication across all levels.
4. Champion workplace experience at the Cyberjaya office, proactively supporting corporate-related initiatives.
5. Manage and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR, and the Corporate division to ensure alignment and consistency in delivering impactful strategies.
6. Collaborate with the Corporate division to design and deliver compelling internal communication efforts to strengthen employees’ connection, alignment, and engagement.
7. Lead the planning and execution of corporate-centric initiatives such as corporate events, festive celebrations, recognition programs, team activities, and town halls, enhancing workplace experience.
8. Support change management by facilitating clear communication, encouraging employee buy-in, and helping teams adapt positively to evolving workplace dynamics.
9. Partner closely with the HR department to incorporate feedback, workplace wellbeing, and cultural initiatives into strategies.
10. Oversee and analyze engagement and relationships, using data-driven insights to continuously refine strategies and improve the overall culture, employee experience, and internal stakeholder relations.

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
2. At least 8 years of relevant working experience, with 5 years in a managerial role within change management, corporate relationships, or employee relationships.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build meaningful relationships across all levels, from junior employees to senior leadership.
4. Creative, resourceful, and energetic with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
5. A strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to balance planning and execution.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
7. Experience in event planning, project coordination, and managing multiple stakeholders.
8. Familiarity with internal communication tools, content creation, and visual storytelling is a plus.
9. Must be willing to be based in Cyberjaya and travel to other locations, if required.
