You will support procurement activities, vendor management, and contribute to cost-reduction initiatives. Support HOD in procurement activities, vendor management, and cost‑reduction initiatives across the Group.
Source parts and materials locally and overseas in accordance with company procedures.
Ensure timely delivery, optimise logistics costs, and verify supplier invoices.
Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, Customs, and relevant authorities.
Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage suppliers to achieve optimal cost, quality, and delivery.
Conduct supplier evaluation, audits, and performance monitoring.
Drive cost‑reduction initiatives to improve procurement efficiency and business performance
Degree holder or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in purchasing, preferably in the automotive industry.
Experience in shipping, imports, and customs matters.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Able to write and speak Mandarin is an advantage.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 is an added advantage.
