Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases for complex or integrated systems.
• Coordinate and oversee testing activities, including SIT, Sanity, UAT, regression, and system integration testing.
• Create, enhance, and maintain test artifacts, including test cases, test data, automation scripts, and reusable assets.
• Identify, document, track, and analyze defects, collaborating with Business Analysts, Developers, Project Managers, and clients to resolve issues.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical support to junior QA team members.
• Track and report testing progress, coverage, and quality metrics, recommending improvements to QA processes, tools, and templates.
• Ensure compliance with QA standards and documentation requirements while promoting continuous improvement in testing practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• 0-5++ years of experience in software testing with a proven track record in effective problem‑solving.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies.
• Knowledge of Database/SQL Skill.
• Basic knowledge of Linux commands.
• Knowledge and hands‑on experience of a Test Management Tool.
• Knowledge and hands‑on experience of any Defect Tracking tool.
• Knowledge and hands‑on experience of Automation tool.
