Job summary
A leading multinational conglomerate is seeking a team player for an Event Management role in Genting Highlands, Malaysia. The candidate will support operations, manage event planning, and ensure timely completion of reports. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with additional language skills as a plus. - Support Operations by assisting the team in planning, organizing and implementing administrative tasks.
- Event Management including plan, execute and coordinate and collaborate with respective parties within timeline given.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly management accounts within the stipulated deadline.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business Management / Event Management or its equivalent.
- Able to work independently, multitask, and handle work pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Working experience in Event Management or related industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – English / Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin. Ability to communicate in a foreign language will be an added advantage.
