Qualifications

• Experience operating boilers in compliance with safety regulations.
• Ability to monitor and maintain appropriate pressure and temperature levels.

Responsibilities

• Operate the boiler according to SOP and DOSH requirements.
• Monitor pressure, temperature, and water level regularly.
• Perform daily blowdown, water level tests, and safety device tests.
• Conduct water treatment including chemical dosing and water analysis.
• Carry out boiler startup and shutdown procedures safely.
• Prepare daily logs and issue reports.
• Perform preventive maintenance and assist in boiler servicing.
• Ensure the steam system operates efficiently.
• Identify and resolve technical issues.
