Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Engineering Management within a manufacturing or technology environment.
• At least 3 years of proven people leadership and team management experience.
• Preferred Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Strong project management experience with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to build, manage, and lead high-quality engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, and Senior Management to support business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Engineering team across multiple disciplines.
• Establish and apply effective project management processes to ensure on-time execution.
• Recruit, train, and retain strong engineering talent.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Value Analysis/Value Engineering.
