Job summary

A leading technology company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to manage high volume manufacturing processes. You will conduct tests, improve production efficiencies, and facilitate technology transfers globally. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related fields, with 2-5 years of experience and strong problem-solving skills. This role requires on-site presence in Kulim.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years working experience in relevant industry.
• Ability to travel and/or relocate for training.
• Familiarity with semiconductor packaging and testing technologies is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Owns critical high volume manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Grows manufacturing capacity and transfers technology to global sites.
• Executes maintenance and repair for equipment.
