We are looking for full-time experienced Security Infra Monitoring Engineer to be based in Permas Jaya, Johor. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the security infrastructure to ensure the protection of the company's systems and data.

• Deploy and manage log collection agents on Linux, Windows, and network infrastructure.
• Onboard new and existing servers and applications into centralized security event analysis platforms.
• Support onboarding of identity security event auditing logs.
• Manage log retention, storage optimization, and platform health alerts.
• Provide weekly reports on event coverage, alert metrics, and onboarding progress.
• Deploy and configure network security monitoring and log collection solutions for servers, network devices, and identity systems.
• Ensure end-to-end log coverage and platform stability across all security event pipelines.

• Relevant degree or certification in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in log collection, security event analysis platforms, and infrastructure onboarding.
• Hands‑on experience with Linux/Windows environments and security log agents.
• Experience with open‑source security tools for log collection, event correlation, and reporting.
• Familiarity with Linux/Windows logging frameworks and IT infrastructure basics.
• Basic scripting knowledge (Python/Shell) for automation tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, meticulous work habits, and willingness to learn security monitoring practices.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin (read, write & speak) are highly preferred as this position involves regular dealings and exposures with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Willing to work in Permas Jaya, Johor.
