We’re looking for someone to drive Instagram-focused KOL marketing, push IG KOL sales campaigns, manage OKA Instagram activities, and support IG-led events, trainings & webinars. This role is Instagram-first — content, campaigns and influencers all revolve around IG.

Key Responsibilities

• Instagram KOL Marketing Strategy
  Plan IG-focused KOL marketing strategies; design Instagram campaign flows to drive visibility & sales (Reels, Stories, IG Live, campaign bursts); decide posting rhythm, angles and campaign timing; ensure all KOL activities are optimised for Instagram.
• IG KOL Campaign & Sales Push
  Push KOLs to actively promote IG campaigns & offers; drive execution of IG sales campaigns through KOLs; coordinate IG Live, launches and promo pushes; keep KOLs active and aligned during campaign periods.
• OKA Instagram Management
  Help manage OKA Instagram account; post and schedule IG content; align OKA IG posting with KOL campaigns; maintain IG highlights, tagging and links.
• IG-Led Events, Training & Webinars
  Support IG-driven events (online & offline); assist in planning IG-based trainings & webinars for customers and influencers; coordinate IG promotion before, during and after sessions; support live posting during events & trainings.

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of Instagram & influencer marketing.
• Confident in pushing KOLs to perform on IG.
• Campaign-driven, proactive and execution-focused.
• Able to manage multiple IG campaigns at once.
• Experience with health, wellness or home appliance brands is a strong plus.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Comfortable with IG Live & webinar tools.
• Can communicate in English / Chinese / Malay.
• Enjoy fast-paced IG campaign execution.
