Main responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted cold calling, strategic networking, and leveraging referrals.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including business development, client relationship management, and candidate sourcing, to ensure successful placements and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified, high-potential candidates.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and organizational culture; tailor tender responses and recruitment strategies to meet client-specific needs.
  • Strengthen and nurture long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, repeat business, and consistent engagement.
  • Handle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across various industries.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, headhunting, and referrals.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both skill fit and cultural alignment.

Requirements:

  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in a related field of studies.
  • Good initiative, result-oriented, sales-driven, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work hard and be flexible, going extra miles to achieve set goal.
  • Experience in recruiting/sourcing background, preferably recruitment agency will be an added advantage.
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
