A prominent corporation in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced individual to assist in company secretarial functions. You will coordinate Board meetings, handle AGMs and maintain statutory records. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant experience, holds an ICSA/MIA qualification, and is proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of Mandarin and experience in a public listed company are advantages. This role requires the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Assist the Head of Group Company Secretarial
• Coordinate and prepare for Board and Board Committee Meetings,
• Handle Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs)
• Maintain and update all statutory records and registers
• Prepare, file, and lodge statutory forms and notifications with SSM, Bursa Malaysia, Securities Commission, and other regulators
• Any other ad-hoc duties and assignments as may be assigned by Management from time to time.
Job Qualifications
• Candidate must possess ICSA/ MIA qualification or relevant legal/ company secretarial qualification.
• Minimum FIVE (5) years relevant working experience.
• Excellent spoken & written Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to Public Listed Company will be an added advantage.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking, responsible and hardworking.
