From residential kitchens to commercial projects, our hydrogen and ozone water systems help people live better every day — and we’re looking for a Junior / Assistant Technician to grow with us.

Job Responsibilities

Install hydrogen and ozone water devices at residential and commercial sites.

Perform basic water piping connections and fittings.

Drill and prepare table-top surfaces for device installation when required.

Perform repairs on all send-in devices, which may include connecting power cables to PCB boards, replacing internal components, and carrying out basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, following safety standards.

Conduct routine servicing, including filter replacement, internal cleaning, and performance testing.

Troubleshoot mechanical, water flow, and basic electrical issues.

Provide customers with basic usage guidance and support.

Prepare machines, tools, and spare parts for service jobs.

Maintain service records in the company’s in-house CRM system.

Follow workplace safety guidelines and company SOPs.

Working Conditions

Split role between on-site work (installation & servicing at customer locations) and workshop-based repairs (handling send-in devices).

May require occasional overtime or outstation travel for installation projects or urgent service calls.

Role involves manual handling of equipment, use of power tools, and occasional drilling or piping work.

Requirements

Basic plumbing and water piping knowledge.

Basic electrical skills for minor repairs (PCB wiring).

Able to use hand tools, drills, and testing equipment.

Willing to learn and travel for on-site jobs.

Possess a valid driving license
