SENIOR CONVEYANCING LAWYER / CONVEYANCING CLERKS

Senior Conveyancing Lawyer – Job Scope

• Handle all aspects of conveyancing work, including sub-sale, developer projects, loan documentation, and related matters up to completion.
• Manage Consumer, SME, and Corporate loan documentation for both Conventional and Islamic financing independently.
• Conduct thorough legal research and provide sound advice to clients.
• Exposure to Corporate and Litigation work will be an added advantage.

Conveyancing Clerks – Job Scope

• Able to handle SME and Consumer loan facility documentations for both conventional loan and Islamic loan facilities for various banks (Alliance Bank, Ambank, BSN, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, LPPSA, Maybank, Public Bank, RHB and UOB).
• Handle full range of conveyance matters such as sub-sales, mortgage refinancing documentations.
• Able to handle Perfection of Transfer and Charges, Discharge of Charge.
• Provide assistance and support to the lawyers.
• To liaise and follow-up with clients, relevant authorities and banks.
• Able to do online filing with LHDN, Land Offices and High Court.

Qualifications and Requirements

Senior Conveyancing Lawyer – Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of conveyancing experience, with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Reliable and self-driven lawyer with solid experience in managing legal files, advising clients, and representing cases professionally.
• Strong commitment to meeting tight timelines and maintaining high professional standards.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Positive working attitude and a team player who can adapt to the firm’s directions.
• Open to learning and exposure in other areas of law.

Conveyancing Clerk – Requirements

• Experience in conveyancing practice knowledge at least 3-6 years experience.
• Able to work independently.
• Team worker.
