We are an IP firm comprising Patent Agents and Lawyers. We are seeking a highly motivated member to join our team as Patent Administrator.

We are strategically located within the central transportation hub offering seamless connectivity to various urban and suburban areas within and around Kuala Lumpur. Our office is at Plaza Sentral at KL Sentral Station.

• Writing e‑mails to MyIPO (Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia) and clients; maintaining and updating files and records by monitoring, processing, and managing the docket diary;
• Reviewing and preparing patent prosecution documents in the field of science and/or engineering for submission to MyIPO;
• Performing other general administrative duties.

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any Science or Engineering field;
• Candidate must be proficient in written and spoken English;
• PC literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Hardworking, highly motivated, and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment;
• Possesses good work ethics;
