The position is based in our KL Office in Malaysia.

Job Overview

You will be responsible for overseeing the sales administration process for the Company’s property development projects. This role is integral to the value chain, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales operations process from start to finish. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records, providing business support to the Sales & Marketing team, and enhancing customer and buyer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the Sales Administration Processes: Oversee and manage the entire sales administration process, from initial booking to the finalization of sales agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of documentation
  • Liaising with External Parties: Facilitate efficient follow-through and communication with solicitors, financial institutions and authorities to ensure the smooth processing of property sales
  • Sales Reporting & Analysis: Monitor, track performance, analyse regular sales report on sales progress including pipeline, closures and revenue forecasts
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Coordinating with Internal Departments: Work closely with the Finance and Legal teams to manage progress payments schedule, issuance of invoices, account reconciliations, legal documentations, Sales & Purchase Agreements, and compliances
  • Monitoring Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales transactions comply with Company’s policies, relevant laws, and regulatory requirements; maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation and records
  • Implementing Sales Strategies & Providing Business Support: Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to execute sales strategies and manage all necessary documentation for property launches, promotional activities, events, and exhibitions. This ensures alignment and smooth operations throughout the sales lifecycle, driving the achievement of the Company’s sales targets and objectives
  • Training & Development: Train and mentor the sales administration team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
Qualifications
  • Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in property sales administration
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and familiarity with the IFCA system is an advantage
