Responsibility

1. Lead Generation & Outreach

  • -Identify and research potential locations for Otter Barista machines (e.g. hospitals, corporate offices, malls, universities).
  • Actively reach out to the right person‑in‑charge (PIC) via LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, referrals, and on‑ground visits.
  • Continuously build a pipeline of qualified location leads.

2. Relationship Building

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with property managers, facilities teams, university administrators, and other key stakeholders.
  • Understand their needs and concerns and align Otter Barista’s value proposition accordingly.

3. Deal Negotiation & Closing

  • Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and business justifications to pitch the Otter Barista solution.
  • Conduct site visits and feasibility assessments as needed.
  • Negotiate terms and secure agreements for machine placements.

4. Coordination & Handover

  • Apply for all necessary work permits and approvals
  • Work closely the Operations and Technical teams for a smooth machine deployment once a location is secured.
  • Maintain clear documentation of communications, approvals, and contracts.

5. Continuous Support

  • Maintain support and act as a bridge of communication between the location PICs and Otter Barista after closing the deal
