This full-time Project Admin role at YOTU BUILDER SDN BHD' is based in Teluk Panglima Garang, Selangor. As the Project Admin, you will play a key administrative and organisational support role within the company's project management team, ensuring the smooth running of ongoing projects.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the project management team
  • Maintaining detailed project records, schedules, and documentation
  • Coordinating project-related meetings and events
  • Preparing and distributing project status reports
  • Liaising internal and external stakeholders to address queries and resolve issues
  • Supporting the implementation of project management processes and procedures
  • Assisting with data entry, word processing, and other office administrative tasks as required
