A leading technology company in Selangor is seeking a Junior Executive to manage meter readings and invoicing, handle customer inquiries, and oversee agreement renewals. Candidates should possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree and have strong English skills; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred. Update current meter reading in corporate system for billing purpose.
Generate meter reading invoices to be sent out every month.
Ensure completion of meter reading base every month.
Submit monthly report of backlog machines and meter reading problem cases.
Update renewal and termination of agreements in the corporate system.
Handle customer inquiries regarding agreements.
Coordinate with rental and sales department for any pending agreements.
Submit monthly report on renewal and expiry customer
Meter Reading toner and consumables order processing.
Handle incoming call & customers inquiries
Liaise with relevant departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Submit customer toner orders and service requests promptly.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good command of spoken and written English. Those who are able to speak in Mandarin are encouraged to apply. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.

Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
