The role
We are seeking a talented and driven Purchasing Specialist (Portuguese Speaker) to join the team at Teleperformance Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the company's strategic procurement and inventory management initiatives.
What you'll be doing
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and quality.
Process and manage purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
Review, verify, and process supplier invoices for accuracy.
Coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely payments.
Maintain records and resolve invoice discrepancies.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Assist in budget tracking and cost management.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Strong negotiation and contract management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and cost optimisation
Proficient in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
Familiarity with procurement software and data analysis tools
