Job Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager (Planner) to join our team at BCQS CONSULT SDN BHD. In this full-time role based in Subang Airport Selangor, you will be responsible for developing and managing project plans to ensure the successful and timely delivery of construction projects.

What you'll be doing

• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Developing detailed project schedules and work plans using project management software
• Monitoring and updating project plans to reflect changes and mitigate risks
• Coordinating activities between various project stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, and clients
• Providing regular weekly progress reports and updates to project managers and clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Ability to monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on timelines and project outcomes.
• Strong understanding of contract types and details, including PAM, FIDIC, and PWD.
• Review and assess the Extension of Time application and prepare the required recommendations and approvals.

• Relevant tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field
