We are looking for a talented and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at HJS RESOURCES SDN BHD in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. This is a full-time position where you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and achieving our company's ambitious growth targets.

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Engage with potential clients, understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations and other teams to ensure successful delivery
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and strategies
• Utilize social media platforms to share content, engage with prospects, and build a strong online presence.
• Actively participate in relevant industry conversations and communities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and a customer-centric approach
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and delivering solutions.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Sales Representatives/Consultants industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Driven, results-oriented and passionate about achieving sales goals
• Problem-solving and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
