  • Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate Chinese prayer materials based on their needs and preferences, offering guidance and recommendations.
  • Manage and maintain the visual appeal of the indoor sales area, including product displays, promotional materials, and overall store cleanliness.
  • Process sales transactions accurately, including operating the point-of-sale system, handling cash and electronic payments, and issuing receipts.
  • Monitor inventory levels of Chinese prayer materials, proactively identifying low-stock items and communicating replenishment needs to the relevant department.
  • Support marketing initiatives by distributing promotional materials, assisting with in-store events, and gathering customer feedback on products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer preferences in the Chinese prayer materials industry, providing insights to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, proactively reaching out to offer assistance and promote new products or services.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to promote products and engage with customers online, including managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
