The Opportunity
  • Process Execution & Compliance: Execute daily activities according to the highest standards of financial control, compliance, and best practice. Ensure quality service delivery within agreed KPIs and SLAs, adhering strictly to Procurement Policy, Directives, and SOPs.
  • D2PTransaction Management: Manage the end-to-end procurement workflow, including validating and processing Purchase Requisitions (PRs), converting them to Purchase Orders (POs), and handling PO amendments, closures, and cancellations. Execute quote collections and manage multiple source biddings when applicable.
  • Issue Resolution & Stakeholder Support: Manage and resolve internal queries, and participate in the invoice reconciliation process by working closely with the Accounts Payable team.
  • Reporting & Governance: Execute and produce accurate and timely reports. Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Desk Top Procedures (DTP), and Localization pages (LP) promptly.
  • Development & Projects: Develop knowledge and capabilities to meet business needs, contribute process and technical expertise to improvement initiatives, and actively support assigned projects (e.g., ASPIRE/MyBuy).
  • Follow the instructions of the Managers regarding the daily work coordination.
Who You Are
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Studies, Finance & Accounting/Commerce, Supply Chain or Procurement equivalent.
  • Good communication skills and able to communicate effectively in English. Additional Vietnamese in speaking and writing is required.
  • Fresh Graduate or 1-3 years’ experience in a centralized purchasing environment and Supply Chain with production planning background.
  • Experience of working in a shared service center across a global/large organization will be an added advantage.
  • Good negotiation and analytical skills, resourceful in identifying new sources of items requested and results oriented will be an added advantage.
